Openbravo POS 2.20
-The new version, available in twelve languages, incorporates improvements in the tax functionality, new services and billing to customers is easier to install.
Openbravo, the leading developer of solutions for enterprise management (ERP) and Management Point of Sale (POS) software and free web, has released version 2.20 of its software free point of sale (POS ), an application for retailers that works with touch screens, barcode scanners and receipt printers.
Openbravo POS 2.20, incorporates a range of new functions and features designed to meet the needs of retailers and their customers. These include changes to management and reporting on taxes, which provide the same functionality available in the Openbravo ERP solution, as well as improvements in client modules such as the inclusion of new areas to enable retailers to capture more data about their customers and print detailed invoices.
Openbravo POS 2.20 is available not only as an independent POS, but can also be integrated into a single joint bid with Openbravo ERP. This integration allows retailers and franchises to have an integrated system to centrally control all logistics and point of sale in various locations. In order that users can continue downloading and installing the software with the same ease as ever, Openbravo has also updated its version 2.20 installation packages, incorporating also other major operating systems: now incorporates Openbravo POS installers for Microsoft Windows, Ubuntu, and SUSE Linux from Novell.
Openbravo POS 2.20 also includes updates of the latest versions of engines for generating reports from third parties such as JasperReports and supporting libraries as Barcode4J, a software application that generates barcodes in the Java programming language.
